Kudzaishe Gondora, M.A., currently serves as an External Advisor for the External Advisory Council at Wilson College of Leadership & Civic Engagement, McMaster University, while also working as a Grants Finance Manager at World Vision Canada, overseeing UN grants from various agencies. Previous experience includes roles as a Project Consultant for Shopify and the City of Toronto, where policy recommendations were developed on behalf of Canadian entrepreneurs and climate considerations, respectively. As a Humanitarian Researcher for the UN OCHA, strategic research was led on sustainable revenue models for humanitarian aid in Sub-Saharan Africa. Kudzaishe has also managed global projects for Learning for Humanity and contributed as a Research Assistant at the University of Waterloo. Educational background includes a Master of Arts in Global Affairs from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Biology and Psychology from Saint Mary's University.
