Toni's career began with a focus on health and monitoring and evaluation, providing support for malaria initiatives and earning recognition for spearheading performance measurement systems at the Federal Inland Revenue Service in Nigeria. Toni holds a Master’s degree in International Public Administration from Université du Québec and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from McGill University.
