Jocelyn Starzak serves as General Counsel at the World Wildlife Fund since January 2024, bringing extensive legal expertise from prior roles including General Counsel at the World Resources Institute and TechnoServe. With a strong background in nonprofit and international organizations, Jocelyn has contributed to solutions that improve lives and protect the environment, as well as efforts to reduce poverty globally. Previous experience includes Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Special Olympics, and attorney roles at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, iLumin Software Services, Cooley Godward Kronish LLP, and K&L Gates. Jocelyn holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations/Eastern European Studies from Syracuse University's Maxwell School.
