Jon Lee currently serves as the Head of Talent EMEA at Ant Group, leading talent acquisition efforts across 20 cities in 16 countries for one of the largest FinTech firms globally. Previously, Jon held the position of Head of Talent at CloudNC, where responsibilities included scaling the workforce following a Series B funding. Experience in high-growth environments includes a role as a Technical Recruiter at Xceptor and a Recruitment Relationship Manager for Standard Chartered Bank through AGS. Additional recruitment expertise was gained at the Royal Bank of Scotland and various consultancy positions in the IT sector. Notably, Jon has also performed as a stunt performer in major film productions such as "Dr. Strange" and "Now You See Me: The Second Act." Educational qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Zoology from the University of Leeds.
