Currently serving as Commercial Director at WorldNet since February 2014, Javier has successfully turned around profitability and brand positioning, establishing a positive profit trend after years of losses. Previously, as Major Accounts Manager at Sprint, Javier advanced to the top position in Puerto Rico, addressing significant market share challenges. At Claro Enterprise Solutions, Javier restructured the wireless corporate business channel, significantly improving market share, and earlier at AT&T, Javier achieved the #1 business sales position in Puerto Rico. Educationally, Javier holds an MBA in Finance and dual BA degrees in Marketing and Management from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.
