David Deprez has worked in a variety of roles since 1994, beginning with a position as Head of the LAN/WAN Department at Camelot Group plc. In 1996, they joined Accenture as a Manager and in 2001, they took on an Interim COO role at Infomesh Ltd. In 2003, they co-founded Gextech S.A. and in 2008, they co-founded Chrysalis Management, a consultancy specialised in the design and implementation of company strategies, business plans and improvements in business operations for small and medium sized companies. In 2012, they co-founded Appically, which develops and publishes apps for children with special needs, and also became CFO of Worldsensing, a company providing low-power wireless sensor networks around the world.
David Deprez has a long and varied educational history. David attended Sint Barbara from 1981 to 1987, followed by KU Leuven from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Commercial Engineer degree in Management Information Systems. David then attended IESE Business School in 2008 to earn a PDG in General Management. Most recently, in 2019, they attended IESE Business School again to earn a Value Creation through Effective Boards degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
