Currently serving as Director of Experience & Product Design at Worldsource Wealth Management, Kay has previously held senior positions at Hootsuite and Aviso Wealth, leading UX and product design initiatives to enhance omnichannel experiences and define digital product roadmaps. Earlier roles at Qtrade Financial Group included responsibilities as a Sr. UX Designer, where Kay improved online user experiences and managed multidisciplinary project teams. Kay's career is supported by a Master of Fine Arts in Digital Arts from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting and Art History from Ewha Womans University.
