Joy Clark has a diverse work experience spanning over several years and industries. Joy has held executive positions in various companies, including their current role as Chief People Officer at Worldwide Clinical Trials since 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President People and Head of Human Resources at Valassis Digital from 2017 to 2018. Joy also had significant roles at MaxPoint, where they were the Vice President of Talent and Head of Human Resources from 2016 to 2017, and at Cree, where they worked as the Director of Talent Management from 2014 to 2015. Earlier in their career, they held HR leadership positions at Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications, Ericsson, Penske Truck Leasing, QVC, and the Private Industry Council of Philadelphia. Throughout their career, they have successfully led various HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. Joy has also played a key role in company acquisitions and integrations.

Joy Clark attended Rutgers University from 1989 to 1992 and earned a B.A. degree. Joy pursued a double major in Political Science and Spanish. In 2020, Joy obtained a certification in "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues" from LinkedIn.
