Ruben Berdejo has extensive work experience in the clinical research field. Ruben started their career at Adknoma Health Research as a Clinical Research Assistant, where they gained experience in various aspects of clinical trials. After that, they worked at Hospital Clínic i Provincial in Barcelona as a Study Coordinator, overseeing clinical trials in multiple areas. Ruben then joined Quintiles as a Clinical Research Associate and later became a Senior Clinical Research Associate. Berdejo's next position was at PPD, where they held the role of Lead CRA. Most recently, they have been working at Worldwide Clinical Trials, starting as a Lead CRA and progressing to roles such as Clinical Operations Manager, Senior Manager Clinical Operations, and currently as the Associate Director of Clinical Operations Site Management. Overall, Berdejo has demonstrated a strong background in clinical operations and management throughout their career.
Ruben Berdejo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology, specializing in Fundamental Biology, from the Universidad de Leon in 2006. In 2005-2006, they also studied at the Università degli Studi di Firenze, Florence, where they earned another Bachelor's degree in Biology. In 2008, Ruben completed a Genetics course at the University of Valencia. Later, in 2009-2010, they pursued a Master's degree in Monitoring Clinical Trials from the Universitat de Barcelona. Finally, from 2013 to 2015, Ruben attended the EAE Business School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
