Walter McVetty

Walter McVetty, M.S., is an experienced professional in quality engineering and software quality assurance, currently serving as Director of Quality Engineering at Worldwide Express since November 2022. Prior roles include Director of Quality Assurance at The General ®, and Sr. Manager of Quality Assurance at Asurion, where Walter led extensive teams in both technical and manual testing across various geographical locations. Throughout Walter's career, key achievements include the development of automated testing frameworks, significant reductions in testing times, and proactive quality management in software delivery processes. Walter holds a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems and Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University.
