Kate Quickel is an experienced professional who has worked in various roles in television production, marketing, public relations, and event management. Kate currently serves as the Assistant Director of Community Partners at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Prior to this, Kate held positions at WOSU Public Media, Baltz & Company, IW Productions, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, The Dr. Oz Show, and NBC Universal. Kate holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from DePauw University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.

WOSU operates public radio and television stations licensed to The Ohio State University including WOSU Public Television, 89.7 NPR News (89.7 FM), and Classical 101 (101.1 FM). WOSU's digital presence includes online news coverage, a mobile app, podcasts and more. WOSU has a vibrant outreach to the educational community and serves educators and caregivers living throughout central and southern Ohio.
