Steve Brown is an experienced broadcast journalist currently serving as the Morning Anchor and Managing Editor at WOSU Public Media since November 2010, where responsibility includes overseeing day-to-day operations for the largest radio newsroom in Central Ohio and managing a team focused on breaking news and investigative reporting. Previous roles include Morning Edition host at WJCT Public Media in Jacksonville, Florida, and a reporter and fill-in host at 90.7 WMFE | 89.5 WMFV in Orlando, Florida, where coverage included significant events such as Tropical Storm Faye and the 2008 presidential election. Additionally, Steve held the position of Morning Edition host and news director at KSTK in Wrangell, Alaska. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from The Ohio State University.
