Doyle Mallory II has significant work experience in various roles within the field of information technology and customer service. Doyle began their career with FedEx Express in 2003 as a Handler and eventually became a Teamleader/Aspire Candidate, gaining valuable leadership skills. In 2013, Doyle joined UF Health Jacksonville as a Pc Support Specialist I, focusing on technical support. Doyle then moved on to Geeksquad in 2014, where they worked as a Consultant Agent for four years. In 2013, Doyle Mallory II obtained additional certifications including ITIL Foundations from ITIL Certified, CompTIA Security+ from CompTIA, CompTIA A+ from CompTIA, and CompTIA Network+ from CompTIA.
