Eric Rivera is currently a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Wounded Warrior Project, where Eric provides HR services and support to managers and employees. Prior to their current role, Eric worked as a Human Resources Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist at the same organization. With over 16 years of experience, Eric also served as an Intake Supervisor and Senior Staffing Supervisor at Kelly Services, where Eric provided guidance on employee relations and managed customer accounts. Eric holds an MBA in Human Resources & Marketing and a BBA in Marketing from Inter American University of Puerto Rico, San German Campus.
