Ashley Maennle

Ashley Maennle has a strong background in human resources and talent acquisition. Ashley started their career as a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems in 2008 and went on to become a Technical Account Manager before leaving in 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Technical Corporate Recruiter at Bazaarvoice, where they collaborated with various teams within the company. In 2014, Ashley joined WP Engine as a Senior Recruiter and later moved up to become the Lead Global Talent Advisor. Ashley then took on the role of Manager, Global Talent Acquisition before becoming a Human Resources Business Partner at WP Engine in 2021. As of April 2022, Ashley is currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner, Principal at WP Engine. Ashley brings extensive experience in recruiting, relationship building, and talent acquisition strategies to their roles.

Ashley Maennle obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Public Relations from The University of Texas at San Antonio from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they studied Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist at Texas Christian University from 2002 to 2005. In addition, they have obtained a certification in "Introduction to Employee Relations" from LinkedIn in 2021.
