Stephen Duke

Stephen Duke is an experienced professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) with a strong focus on employee engagement and resource group leadership. Currently serving as Senior People Experience & Engagement Manager at WP Engine since September 2018, Stephen leads strategies for seven Employee Resource Groups and oversees the annual Great Place to Work survey, achieving the highest global participation rate in 2024. Previously, in roles ranging from Diversity & Inclusion Program Manager to DEI Specialist, Stephen developed internal communication strategies and educational programs while fostering DEI initiatives. Stephen's career began at Students For Liberty, where advancement from Events Associate to North American Events Manager highlighted strong event management skills. Educationally, Stephen holds a BS in Political Science and Government from the University of Arkansas.
