Barthelemy Rouer has a diverse work experience in the renewable energy sector. Barthelemy was the Founder and global CEO of WPO, a prominent European asset-management platform for renewable energy. At WPO, they provided asset management services to clients such as asset owners, investors, lenders, and insurers. Prior to their role at WPO, Barthelemy worked as the Wind Development Manager at Royal Dutch Shell and EDF Energies Nouvelles, where they focused on offshore and onshore wind development.
Barthelemy Rouer completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon from 1994 to 1999. Barthelemy then participated in the Erasmus European Exchange Program at Universidad de Sevilla from 1997 to 1998 to further their studies in Mechanical Engineering.
