David Koepf possesses extensive experience in the culinary and procurement sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Procurement for Beef at Quality Supply Chain Co-op, Inc., David has advanced through various roles including Associate Manager and Coordinator of Procurement-Protein since October 2021. Prior to this, David held the position of Sous Chef at Novella Osteria, where responsibilities included conceptualizing processes for restaurant openings and directing kitchen staff. David's culinary journey also includes roles at Hilton Columbus at Easton, where David created menus and managed kitchen operations, and at Natalie's Pizza and Flipside Restaurant, where David gained foundational culinary skills and management experience. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, Food Business Management from The Ohio State University and a Culinary Apprentice degree from Columbus State Community College.
