Sharek Ullah's work experience begins in 2002 when they worked as an Operation Centre representative at Telewest Broadband Plc. Sharek then moved on to work as a Technical Support Analyst at TTL Equipment Management from 2005 to 2006. Sharek then joined Associated Newspapers Limited as a Service Management Technical Lead from 2006 to 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at ServiceNow, starting as an Associate Consultant before becoming a Technical Consultant. At ServiceNow, Sharek gained extensive knowledge and experience in ITSM modules and provided advice and guidance to customers. In 2014, Sharek joined Centrica as a ServiceNow Consultant/Developer for a brief period before moving to Deutsche Bank for the same role from 2014 to 2016. Finally, in 2017, Sharek became the Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder of Wrangu, a ServiceNow Partner company.

Sharek Ullah attended Middlesex University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a BSc Joint Honours degree in Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering.
