Kate Bygrave has over 18 years of experience in operations and project management, currently serving as Operations Manager - Materials Systems Transformation at WRAP since July 2005. In this role, Kate leads a team of specialists to support WRAP's programmes focused on food waste, textiles, and plastics through well-known consumer campaigns such as 'RecycleNow' and 'Love Food Hate Waste'. Prior positions include Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed contract and project management, and National Sales & Marketing Executive at Windsor Recruitment. Kate holds a BA Hons in Media & Literature from Liverpool John Moores University and completed high school at St Albans High School.
