Marie Wong has over 10 years of experience working in the legal field. Marie began their career as a Lawyer/Senior Associate at Norton Rose Fulbright in 2002, where they worked until 2011. Marie then joined Wrays, where they held the positions of Special Counsel and Principal. In these roles, they provided advice and representation to clients on intellectual property and brand protection strategies. Marie has experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters, including copyright, trademark, and designs law, protection of confidential information, domain name disputes, passing off and consumer law, advertising and product labelling reviews, and product recalls. Marie has represented a diverse range of local and international clients in proceedings before various courts and organizations.
