Ed Leonard

VP, Director of Operations at Wright-Pierce

Ed is a Vice President, member of the Wright-Pierce Board of Directors, and Director of Operations. In his role, he leverages his over two decades of experience in planning, design, and construction of wastewater and water facilities to oversee and coordinate the firm’s architectural, structural, mechanical, instrumentation, electrical, and CAD/BIM disciplines. His additional responsibilities include developing and implementing firm standards and participating in mentoring and training programs. He regularly provides quality assurance and quality control oversight for the firm’s large water and wastewater utility projects. He also provides mentoring and technical guidance to Wright-Pierce engineers throughout all project disciplines.

Ed has additional experience with wastewater collection systems, wastewater funding programs, permitting, industrial pre-treatment, and sewer use ordinance/regulations. He also has experience with watershed planning for nutrient management programs.
