Allison Comito is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people operations and coaching. Currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Writer, a full-stack generative AI platform for businesses, Allison previously held positions such as HRBP Manager and People Operations Manager at Ramp, and People Operations Lead at Teachers Pay Teachers, where responsibilities included benefits administration, employee engagement, and recruitment strategies. Allison's coaching career includes roles as Associate Head Lacrosse Coach at UC Berkeley and Head Lacrosse Coach at Stony Brook University, demonstrating expertise in team development and performance planning.
