Ronan O'Sullivan

Ronan O'Sullivan is an experienced leader in sales development with a proven track record spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Development, International at Writer since February 2025, Ronan focuses on enhancing customer engagement across the EMEA region. Previously, Ronan held various leadership roles at MongoDB from 2018 to 2025, culminating in the role of Director of Sales Development, where responsibilities included overseeing global sales development teams and driving pipeline generation. Prior experience includes serving as Head of New Forms of Investment at IDA Ireland and a Business Development Executive at Antaris Consulting. Ronan's educational background includes a Postgraduate Diploma in International Growth from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, an MSc in Business Management from Dublin City University, and a BSc in Biochemistry from University College Cork.
