Jenifer Willig

Jenifer Willig is the CEO and co-founder of Hive. Jenifer has over 20 years of experience in the marketing and advertising industry, working with some of the world's biggest brands.

Willig started their career at TBWA Chiat Day, where they spent three years as an account director. Jenifer then moved to M&C Saatchi, where they rose to managing director within four years. In 2006, they joined Bartle Bogle Hegarty as a group account director.

In 2008, Willig left the advertising world to join (RED), a nonprofit organization founded by Bono and Bobby Shriver to raise awareness and funds for the fight against AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria. Jenifer spent three years as (RED)'s global CMO before joining WHOLE WORLD Water, a social enterprise that works to improve access to clean water in developing countries.

In 2016, Willig co-founded Hive, a marketing agency that works with purpose-driven brands to create positive social impact.

Jenifer Willig has an MBA from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business and a BA in English Literature from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
