Jeff Willar has extensive experience in financial management and accounting, currently serving as Treasurer and Controller at WS Development LLC since May 1993, where responsibilities include financial reporting and budgeting for 90 shopping centers and liaising with CPA firms on tax issues. Previous roles include Accounting Manager at New England Electric Service (1991-1993), Assistant Controller at Boston Bay Capital (1989-1991) overseeing SEC reporting and liaising with CPAs and legal partners, and Regional Accounting Manager at JMB/Urban Retail Properties (1987-1989) focusing on financial reviews and training for property accountants across 18 shopping centers. Jeff began the career as an Audit Manager at KPMG from 1982 to 1987. Jeff holds a BBA in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, earned between 1978 and 1982.
