Previously, Lindsay worked at Simon Property Group as a Specialty Leasing Representative, focused on negotiating lease agreements for Northshore Mall and Liberty Tree Mall, establishing rent guidelines based on thorough market analyses. Earlier career experience includes serving as the Executive Team Leader of Human Resources at Target. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Purdue University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
