Eloisa Tinio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in academia and consultancy focused on computing, information technology, and education. Currently serving as the National Expert for the Philippines at the World Summit Awards since 2018, Eloisa promotes local digital innovations with societal impacts. As an Independent Consultant on ISO 27001 for AGC Development Corporation since 2015, Eloisa supports enterprises in information security management systems. With a consulting background since 1998, Eloisa has contributed to international accreditation for educational programs, academic affairs, and institutional linkages. Prior roles include Founding Executive Director of the PCS Information & Computing Accreditation Board, Assistant Vice President for Academic Affairs at Asian College of Science & Technology, and positions at various educational institutions including Call Center Academy and STI Incorporated. Eloisa's educational background includes studies at the Asian Institute of Management, Maryknoll College, and the University of the Philippines.
