Intissar M.

Ambassador at WSA

Intissar M. currently serves as an Advocate for the Global Youth Biodiversity Network and as an Ambassador for WSA, with additional roles as a Member of the Children and Youth Major Group to UNEP and YOUNGO. As a PhD student and Researcher at the African Plant Nutrition Institute, Intissar's research focuses on the response of potato (Solanum tuberosum) to salinity and the mitigating role of magnesium in calcareous soil. Previous experience includes serving as a Junior Project Manager for the Fondation Mohammed VI pour la Protection de l'Environnement and a Junior Production Manager at Providence Verte. Educational credentials include a Doctor's Degree in Environmental Sciences from Mohammed VI Polytechnic University and an engineering degree in Plant Production Sciences and Techniques from Ecole Nationale d'Agriculture de Meknès.
