Ray Carter

Ray Carter is a seasoned media executive with a robust background in television management and news leadership. Currently serving as VP and General Manager at WSB-TV since September 2019, Carter has previously held key roles such as Regional VP at Cox Media Group overseeing multiple markets, and VP and General Manager at WPXI-TV. Additional experience includes serving as News Director at WSB-TV and holding various positions in news management at KSL 5 TV, WHO-TV, WMDT-TV, WMGC-TV, and KCAU-TV, as well as working as an announcer and program host at KEYY-RADIO. Carter's educational background includes studies at Brigham Young University.
