Iain Batchen

Iain Batchen is a seasoned professional in the mergers and acquisitions sector, currently serving as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at WSP since October 2023. Previously, Iain held the position of Partner in Deal Advisory at KPMG Canada from October 2017 to October 2023, specializing in financial due diligence for private and public entities. With a progressive career at KPMG spanning from Assistant Manager to Senior Manager, Iain led numerous transactions supporting both Canadian clients and international investors. Iain's early experience includes a role as Assistant Product Market Manager at Amadeus, alongside an academic background with a BA (Hons) in International Business and French from Loughborough University and an ACA from ICAEW.
