Leila Chemaa

Leila Chemaa currently serves as Vice President of Global Programs at WSP since January 2025. Previously, Leila held senior roles at PSP Investments from 2018 to January 2025, including Senior Director of Strategic Planning and Head of Corporate Strategy Execution, as well as Director of Strategic Portfolio Management and Governance. From 2009 to December 2017, Leila worked at TD, leading a significant multi-year transformation initiative that established TD Insurance as a leading insurer in Canada and developing a centralized business advice model. Earlier career experiences include positions at Morgan Stanley, where Leila focused on business advisory and solutions delivery, and at Bell as a consultant in workforce management and business advisory. Leila earned a Bachelor’s degree from UQAM and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, along with a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
