Marius Rosenthal

Marius Rosenthal is a Director at Wüest Partner AG, where responsibilities include global real estate consulting, market analyses, and international property valuations for both individual properties and portfolios since May 2013. Marius has developed global network relationships within the real estate segment and conducts international M&A valuations for industrial and operational properties, as well as advisory services for retail real estate, including feasibility studies and strategic repositioning. Prior to this role, Marius served as a Manager focused on international property valuations and as a Consultant at BBE Handelsberatung GmbH, leading projects related to retail properties and legal regulations from March 2009 to April 2013. Marius holds a CAS in Corporate Finance from the University of Zurich and a Diplom in Economic Geography from the University of Regensburg.
