From 1988 to 2021, Clinton served as a United Methodist Pastor across diverse church settings in North Carolina. As a parent of a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, Clinton contributed to fundraising for Peace Corps projects and coordinated a campaign for a specific project in Cameroon. Prior work experience includes a management role at the Social Security Administration, focusing on training documentation and public contact. Clinton holds a Master of Divinity from Duke University and undergraduate degrees from the University of Georgia and Reinhardt University.
