Lisa Desphy is an experienced sales executive with a strong track record in radio and consulting industries. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at 900AM WURD since June 2017, Lisa is responsible for driving revenue growth and overseeing all sales functions. Prior to this role, Lisa held positions at CBS Radio as a Local Account Executive, achieving significant new business development and retention metrics. Lisa's career includes extensive experience at Katz Media Group as VP/National Sales Executive, recognized as a top digital seller and for notable account growth. Lisa also co-founded Desphy Consulting, LLC, providing sales and sponsorship strategies for various organizations. Lisa holds a BA in Journalism with a focus on Advertising Sales from Norfolk State University.
