Thomas J. O'Neill

Thomas J. O'Neill is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in management and sales within various companies, particularly in the Würth Group. Since April 2016, Thomas has served as a Member of the Central Management Board, overseeing seven operating companies and three divisions across North America. Prior to this role, Thomas held several senior positions at Wurth Baer Supply, including Executive Vice President and President/CEO, where responsibilities included strategic guidance for a sales team of over 113 associates and participation in company planning processes. Thomas also contributed to Baer Supply Company as General Manager, leading sales lifecycle operations for the Midwest Region, and previously held roles at Boise Cascade Office Products and Realstar Real Estate. Thomas holds a degree in Marketing and Business Administration from St. Joseph's College.
