Vikalp Mohan

Vikalp Mohan currently serves as Vice President and Head of Europe Business Development at WuXi STA since 2024. Previously, Vikalp held the role of Global Vice President and Head of Drug Substance at Catalent Pharma Solutions from January 2022 to December 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing the global drug substance business and leading the European Business Development team for Biologics. Prior to that, Vikalp was Chief Operating Officer at Celonic AG from July 2016 to December 2021, directing global teams and implementing growth strategies in advanced therapy medicinal products. Vikalp's experience includes significant roles at Syngenta, such as Head of Marketing for Africa Middle East and South Asia Cereals Business Strategy Lead, as well as positions at BearingPoint and TCS. Vikalp holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
