Lijuan Zheng

Lijuan (Cynthia) Zheng is a legal professional with extensive experience in employee relations and legal counsel across various international firms. Currently serving as the Head of Global Employee Relations and Employment Counsels at WuXi Biologics since June 2023, Lijuan has previously held senior legal positions at Gartner, including Senior Director and Director of Legal Counsel for Asia, from August 2019 to June 2023. Lijuan's background includes significant roles at Ingersoll Rand as Senior Corporate Counsel and Corporate Counsel for the Asia Pacific region, and previous associate positions at Clyde & Co, Eversheds, and Salans. Lijuan earned a Master's Degree in Law from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Fudan University.
