Taylere Peterson is an experienced project editor at W. W. Norton & Company, Inc., having progressed through roles from editorial assistant to project editor since July 2015. Prior to this, Taylere served as a high school language arts teacher at Higher Ground Academy, focusing on curriculum development and collaboration with staff to meet student needs. Experience also includes teaching middle school language arts at Emily O. Goodridge Grey Accelerated Charter School and participation in Teach for America as a Corps Member. Earlier roles include managing editor of The Daily Targum, where Taylere oversaw publication operations and staff, and a communications intern at New Brunswick Theological Seminary. Educational achievements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism & Media Studies and English from Rutgers University, along with a Master of Arts in Teaching from Hamline University.
