Bryan Hensel has over 30 years of experience in human resources, beginning as an Associate Employee Relations Representative at Marathon Petroleum Company in 1987. Bryan then joined Wyandot Inc in 1989 as a Corporate Human Resources Manager, eventually progressing to Vice President of Human Resources before becoming the Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Chief Risk Officer in 2019.
Bryan Hensel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Psychology from The University of Findlay. Bryan also completed a Master of Business Administration in Executive Management at Ashland University. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional and a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
