Mike Janish

Mike Janish is a Managing Partner and Operating Partner at Vance Street Capital, a private equity firm in Los Angeles that focuses on profitable middle market companies in sectors such as medical devices, life sciences, aerospace and defense, and high-tech industrial, since November 2015. Mike serves on the board of several companies, including Plastic Design Company, Wytech Industries, Inc., Applied Plastics LLC, and Motion Dynamics Corporation. Previous board memberships include A&E Medical and Micronics, Inc. Mike's career includes a management role at Nordson Corporation in the medical division and providing guidance for early-stage investments at Halt Medical Inc. Mike holds an MBA in Finance and Human Resources from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business, a Black Belt certification from Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.
