Beatriz Tielve has extensive work experience in human resources and people management. Beatriz worked at X-Elio as the Chief People and Culture Officer, responsible for overseeing the company's human resources and culture strategies. Prior to that, they held the position of Corporate Head of People and Culture at X-Elio. Before joining X-Elio, Beatriz Tielve worked at Inspiralia as the Director of Human Resources, Comms. & Ex (Employee Experience). Their earlier experience includes various roles at SunEdison, where they served as the VP of HR for Global Asset Management, Head of HR EMEA and LatAm, Head of HR EMEA, and HR Director Europe.
