Gianfranco's extensive legal experience encompasses drafting, negotiation, and review of complex contracts for large-scale PV energy projects, as well as legal counseling in corporate affairs during an internship at Enel Green Power S.p.A. Prior experience includes litigation and ADR, where Gianfranco represented clients before civil and commercial courts. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi and a Master’s degree in International Business Law from Sapienza Università di Roma.
