Iris Valera is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in structured finance, project finance, and financial analysis. Currently serving as Senior Structured Finance Manager at X-ELIO since June 2023, Iris has previously worked at EY in strategy and transactions for infrastructure projects across Europe and Latin America from May 2021 to May 2023. Prior to that, Iris held the position of Manager in Deal Advisory at KPMG Singapore, specializing in project development and financing for renewable energy in South East Asia and the Middle East from June 2014 to 2020. Iris began a career in finance as a Finance Analyst at San Miguel Corporation, where strategic financial analysis supported senior management and investor relations from March 2010 to June 2013, and earlier experience includes managing financial reporting at IOM from December 2006 to February 2010. Iris Valera holds an MBA from Nanyang Technological University and a BS in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of the Philippines.
