Paweł Nagajek has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Paweł began their career at ING Bank Śląski in June 2012 as an Operations Inspector, where they worked until February 2014. Then, they joined Bank Pekao as a Specialist from March 2014 to January 2015. Following this, they joined X-Trade Brokers DM SA, where they held multiple roles. Paweł started as an Institutional Account Manager from February 2015 to May 2017. Paweł was then promoted to the position of Senior Institutional Account Manager and worked until January 2018. Currently, they serve as the Head of Broker Implementation and Support at X Open Hub, a position they have held since January 2018.
Paweł Nagajek completed their Master's degree in Economics at the University of Warsaw from 2006 to 2011. Following that, they pursued a postgraduate course at SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2012 to 2013, specializing in Quantitative Methods in Financial Markets Analysis.
