Sébastien BON has extensive experience in engineering, particularly in manufacturing engineering, optical engineering, and metrology. Currently serving as Manager of Manufacturing Engineering & Metrology at X-Rite since January 2012, Sébastien previously held the position of System Engineer at Oerlikon Solar AG, where responsibilities included leading innovation projects for thin-film panel production and ensuring ISO 17025 accreditation for calibration laboratories. Prior roles include Senior Engineer at Intense Ltd., where project management and development of laser testing equipment were key tasks, and earlier experience as a trainee at Siemens KWU AG and Sanofi SA focused on fluid mechanics and metrology, respectively. Sébastien holds multiple degrees in photonics, optoelectronic devices, and applied physics from renowned institutions.
