Cathy Teoh

Cathy Teoh is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Senior Treasury Manager at Twitter since May 2023. Previously, Cathy spent over a decade at Morgan Stanley, where roles included Business Service Manager, Vice President, and Wealth Management Associate, Assistant Vice President, among others. Additional experience includes a position as a Social Innovation Program Assistant at The Case Foundation and time as a Corps Member at City Year. Early career roles involved serving as a Case Manager at Disability Group, Inc. and as a Vacation Planner & Customer Relations at The Walt Disney Company. Cathy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology & Education from UC Irvine, completed in 2010, and graduated from El Segundo High School in 2006.
