Dumitru P. serves as the Head of Center of Excellence for APAC & LATAM at Adobe since January 2021, where the role involves creating and scaling a Center of Excellence focusing on operational enablement in the DME advisory business. Additionally, Dumitru is a member of XA Network, engaging in angel investing in the SEA and AU regions. Prior to Adobe, Dumitru held various leadership positions at NCR Corporation, including Sr Manager of Operational Excellence and Sr Manager of Strategic Programs, leading global transformations that mitigated significant revenue risks. Previous roles include Director of Global Sales PMO at Navitas and Manager of PMO Strategy & Operations at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where strategic initiatives greatly enhanced organizational performance. Dumitru holds an Advanced Certificate in Management, Innovation, and Technology from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Master's degree in Business Strategic Management from Romanian-American University.
