Drake Seong

Drake Seong is an accomplished AI Research Scientist with extensive experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing. Currently serving as the VP of AI Research Scientist at EngineeringxAI since August 2023, Drake leads research and engineering teams to advance scalable AI solutions. Previously at IBM from December 2009 to June 2023, Drake held positions as a Senior AI Research Scientist and AI Research Scientist, focusing on predictive analytics and deep learning, and contributing significantly to IBM Watson’s capabilities. Earlier roles included positions at Microsoft and Intel Corporation, where expertise in AI and software engineering was developed. Drake holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law.
