Bhavisha Jayakar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Bhavisha began their career at Quintiles as an Admin Executive in 2003. Bhavisha then moved to BASF in 2004, where they served as a Secretary Cum Admin Executive. In 2006, they joined PVR Limited as an Executive Assistant to the President, handling a wide range of responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, maintaining diaries, and coordinating with various departments. In 2011, Bhavisha joined IDMission as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. Bhavisha'srole expanded to include vendor management, staff management, and handling HR responsibilities. Bhavisha then transitioned to the Lodha Group in 2015 as a Sr. Secretary to the Chief Marketing Officer. Currently, Bhavisha is working at Xanadu as the Head of Procurement & Administration for the Xanadu Group. Bhavisha is responsible for procurement, partner management, and vendor management. Bhavisha has extensive experience in administration, procurement, vendor management, and executive assistance.
